Jay's Hooked to the PC

At the age of 3 yrs and 2 months old, Jay is officially hooked to the PC. He is now into the Jump Start educational software and Thomas & Friends website. I do not understand how he could catch it so fast. All it takes is just half an hour for him to get used to moving the mouse and clicking and only a couple of minutes to explain the rules of the games/activities. The more difficult ones, he gets frustrated easily. He is quite impatient, need to find out how to train him to be more patient.

Jay been practising with our camera lately and here are some of the shots taken by him. Hubby is not too happy though as he is worried that he will drop the camera and think I spoil him too much by always letting him have his way.

Jay's Masterpiece

I didn't realise that Jay is beginning to be able to write. Before this, I only knew he can draw lines and circles...hmm...the credit got to go to his childcare. A few things he had written were "E", "H" , "A", "J", "2"....and he could draw a face with eyes complete with nose and a mouth.

At the eXplorerkid

We were at the eXplorerkid at Downtown East one of the weekends. The boys enjoyed themselves thoroughly. I am not surprised that Jonas is very game for all the challenges even though he is clearly underaged.

Girls don't have p****

Was travelling in my car yesterday evening after pickin Jay up from school. He was flipping through the pages of the storybook I got free that came with purchaing some diapers. He stopped at one of the pages that had the picture of Aladdin and the princess. "Mummy, this is a boy and this is the girl". "Yes, the boy is Aladdin and the girl is the princess", I answered. "Mummy, girls don't have peni*". That statement stunned me....**&&@@ Still not very sure how I should handle that kind of situation.
